The most entertaining opinion however, has without a doubt been the endless obsession over the choice of name. “Do they come in maxi?” “With wings?” Seriously, what ELSE was Apple going to call it? Name one other possibility! You can’t even think of one. And then, just like that… #iTampon was born.

ABC has announced that they’re pulling the plug on Ugly Betty. The show that made America Ferrera a star in 2006 is ending with just 8 episodes left. Four years – not a bad run, but for Betty fans we know this is heartbreaking news.

Okay. So we got a little excited this morning about Vajazzling. Spa Week is all about relaxation, wellness, health… and now there’s a Swarovski-studded hoo-ha in the mix? We’re going to go ahead and give ourselves a few zits for our over-zealousness. It’s fine though, because…… we’ll just Vajazzle right on over them suckers.

What do spas have in common with Esquire’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad?

“I could definitely get used to this…”

Every year, Esquire takes over an enviable space NY or LA to craft the most unimaginable bachelor pad for Man At His Best. The SoHo Mews in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood is home to this year’s 2 penthouse apartments – a 9000 sq. foot spectacle, complete with a 3000 sq. foot wraparound terrace, Jacuzzi, recording studio, pool table and distinctly masculine art. Each room is designed by a renowned interior designer/architect and inspired by a brand such as HUGO BOSS (master bedroom), Lufthansa (kitchen), Heineken (lounge), Pokerstars.net (the poker room, of course).

After an elaborate series of parties, auctions, fundraisers and other events, two very lucky bachelors will be able to call these penthouses home – for two hefty price tags.

Last night America Ferrera and the cast of Ugly Betty hosted a Save The Children benefit at the SoHo Mews.

She looked stunning in Moschino and gave a dazzling speech to match. You could have heard a pin drop on those sexy wooden floors as America illustrated her intrinsic connection to the organization; she grew up in LA as the youngest of 6 children with struggling immigrant parents, and feels blessed every day. Did you know over 9 million children worldwide don’t make it to the age of five? “I’d like to thank Esquire for making charity work manly… for manly, manly men,” America laughed. Everyone got a kick out of it, knowing what a difference one person could make – especially if that person is a bachelor who’s thinking about purchasing this apartment.

The Esquire Signature Space project is the expertly-branded brainchild of Esquire’s publisher Kevin C. O’Malley. The SoHo Mews was one of the last completed commissions by accomplished architect Charles Gwathmey, who died just a couple months ago as the project was being competed.
