Jillian Michaels wasn’t always made of lean, mean muscle and an arsenal of whip-you-into-shape inspiration. The celebrity fitness coach and reality TV star, best known for hosting The Biggest Loser and Losing It With Jillian Michaels, soon to join the panel on The Doctors, stood a scary 65 pounds overweight at the age of twelve. It took a sharp turning point to change her life: Jillian’s mom enrolled her in a Martial Arts class when she was thirteen.
