The spa skinny from New York Fashion Week: We just got a word with supermodel and actress Beverly Johnson, the first African American to ever appear on the cover of VOGUE, about her thoughts on one of the most popular spa trends right now: slimming down and instant inch loss.

After the Saints went home with Super Bowl rings last night, Michelle asked you guys on Facebook and Twitter – did you indulge in junk food during the game?
