Fashion Under $50: 5 Orange Accessories

Here we have three members of the Hollywood’s fashion flock, Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, and Amy Adams all boldly blaring the it-color of the season: Orange! There’s something about orange. It doesn’t really matter the skin tone the color rest against, it instantly gives us all that summery glow we’ve been yearning for the past few months. It’s also such an unexpected pop of color, so not only will you be ahead of the style curve, you’ll also stand out in a sea of black.

Ok, maybe the overall Jack-O-Lantern couture look isn’t your thing. You can still infuse the wild trend with accessories to complement your overall look. You know the drill. We’ve found five orange traffic stopping accessories for that oh-so-missed hot night on the town, all for less money than a Spa Week treatment.

KATE SPADE NEW YORK Sweet Nothings Small Square Stud Earrings, $38

Women Spend Less Than $50 on Shoes?

One of our favorite rappers Jay-Z once uttered the line, “Men lie, women lie, but numbers don’t.” Well, that one liner holds true in more ways than one, especially when it comes to women and the way we shop. A footwear survey conducted by Shopsmart with with 1,000 female participants found that the average woman owns about 17 pairs of shoes and only spends around $49 for each pair. Did someone say Fashion Under $50? Kudos to the proud women of America who can save and still maintain great style. If you’re one of them, keep the savings going by booking a spa treatment for the price of the average shoes… only $50 during Spa Week, April 11th – 17th.

Other findings weren’t so far-fetched. The survey also found that women buy around three pairs of shoes each year, 33% have spent more than $100 on a pair of shoes, 46% have bought an ugly pair for comfort, while 60% endure pain for pretty shoes, 29% shop for shoes online, 51% notice the shoes others are wearing, and 28% feel shoes make the outfit. Sounds about right. In honor of the survey, we found some great wedges to take you from spring straight through the summer and they are all $50 and under.

Fashion Under $50! Inspired by Daily Front Row

When we partnered up with Daily Front Row for our Everything Fashion Channel, we knew we were in store for a lot of glamorous goods from the juiciest fashion source on the web. Aside from being the web’s go-to place for news in fashion, the Daily Front Row Obsessions are full of drool-worthy buys we wished our pockets were deep enough to afford. Until we can purchase picks like those $9,000 pair of earrings without shopper’s guilt, we’ll wear our head proudly in these cheapie, stylish alternatives.

DAILY FRONT ROW OBSESSION: Carol Marie Jewel and Multi-Chain Necklace, $375.00. There’s no doubt, this bronzed necklace would look great against a glowing summer tan.

SPA WEEK DAILY FIND: We stumbled upon this boho-chic beauty at Banana Republic for $34.99.

DAILY FRONT ROW OBSESSION: Ksubi Lyra Sunglasses, $185.00. The perfect graphic style design sun-shielding lens to protect our delicate eyes on the beach.

SPA WEEK DAILY FIND: These Carrie Sunglasses from Fred Flare are almost an identical shape and style and they are only $11.00.

DAILY FRONT ROW OBSESSION: Tressje Crimson Bag, $388. The studs, color, and interesting zipper pattern will make for a great conversation piece at a summer event.
SPA WEEK DAILY FIND: Believe it or not we found this lucky find by Nine West at Macy’s for just $37.99.

DAILY FRONT ROW OBSESSION: Irene Neuwirth Onyx Earrings, $9,060. Priced at almost $10,000, these onyx earrings rimmed in 18K Yellow Gold and bright green chrysophase stones is something will be obsessing over for a long time.

SPA WEEK DAILY FIND: Forever 21 had a similar domed teardrop style sans the sticker shock for only $4.80.
