    Received $50 dollar card and was told I could not use at registered spa due to only to be used on services no products. That’s ridiculous Do not buy these cards. Next place said only usable for full amount when I tried to give tip with it.

    I saw the contest to win a week in Cabo in People Magazine. I looked up your site, which it gave, and the site said to look in the magazine. The magazine said to look at the site. Is this just a run-around? Do I contact People Mag?
    This smells of fraud to me and I will contact and attorney if I don’t get an answer.

    I would have taken advantage of spa week had I know about it in advance. I did not receive the email advertising the $50 spa week until today – ONE WEEK AFTER the special! What's going on?

    I signed up for the Nordstrom spa in S.F. and was looking forward to it all day. But about one hour before my treatmen,t I got a voicemail saying that my esthetician had to leave due to a migraine. Since it was the last day for spa week, they said I can reschedule with them at regular full price and not the spa week price. I find that very rude, I'm sorry the esthetician had the migraine but they should try to call me back with some other accommodation.
