Fall may be the most anticipated season change of the year. It’s back to school, fashion is at it’s peak, and probably the most exciting–TV premieres! After a long summer filled with action movies, cheesy reality shows and actually enjoying the company of other people, couch potatoes everywhere will set their DVR’s and go back to their favorite pastime–the small screen. These are our top 5 TV shows to look out for this fall!

Parenthood

This much-beloved sitcom returns for its farewell season on September 25th. Fans will finally get the answers to some major season five cliffhangers, plus enjoy a little more time with the beloved Braverman clan. Get your tissues ready, because as if you haven’t cried enough watching (every episode) of Parenthood, the final season is sure to be a tearjerker.

Selfie

Selfie is a show for the millennial generation, with a story line that will ring true– a 20-something, a viral video and image issues. Starring Karen Gillan and John Cho, this is definitely one show to look out for this fall.

Dancing with the Stars

Fan favorite reality series returns this September for its 19th season, this year with new judge, ex-pro dancer Julianne Hough! Tune into Good Morning America on September 4th to find out all of the new celeb dancers. Plus, check back for something special from Karina Smirnoff on SpaWeek.com on September 15th, the night of the show’s premiere!

How to Get Away with Murder

This new show is already getting top marks from critics. Starring Oscar nominated actress Viola Davis, this legal thriller premieres after Scandal, giving it an immediate boost.

Nashville

Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere are at it again in the home of country music! Rumor has it that Hayden’s real life pregnancy will be written into the script. You don’t want to miss this one, because as fans of the show know, there are multiple options for the baby daddy. Drama at its best!

Must-Have Fall Beauty: Borghese Eye Shadow

Get ready to take your eye makeup look to a whole new level this fall, thanks to an irresistible new palette from Borghese.

BOR_2352_12_Well_v5

You probably know Borghese as an iconic beauty brand known for their famous masks and luxury skincare. This fall, however, the brand is sweeping the makeup field—in a way that you can’t help but stare at.

The brand new Eclissare palette includes a stunning spectrum of 12 eye shadows in colors that, unlike the usual palette, are absolutely ALL usable. The first look at this palette induced sheer awe at the beauty of the colors and the endless combinations that they can be used in. Some of the shades are matte, while some are more luminous and have a bit of a sparkle, perfect for layering and creating an array of looks to take you from day to night and beyond!

The 12 well palette will be sold for $55 starting this September—and mark your calendars, because these will be flying off the shelves!

To get you started with the palette, Borghese celebrity makeup artist Adora showed up how to re-create some of the sexiest eye makeup looks from this year’s Emmy’s using the gorgeous shades from Eclissare!

Julia Louis-Dreyfus

Get the look: One of the nights best-dressed, Julia’s makeup was a winner. Her version of the smoky eye pulled from taupes and browns to complement her skintone. Adora likes Veil to lay a foundation for the eye and shimmery Wane in the crease. Line the bottom lid with Downfall the entire way around and the lower lashes only on the outside.

Get the look: This is a great opportunity to experiment with burnt shades of bronze like Impact and Muse, which are complementary on many skin tones. Start by sweeping on Ascend from the lash line to the brow bone sweep for your base. Next, apply Muse from the crease down to the outer lash line, sweeping up and out to elongate the shape of the eye. Carry this color beneath the lash line as well. Line the upper and lower lashes with Wane to complete the transformation.

Last night’s Emmy Awards Show was full of surprise snubs (Andre Braugher), expected wins (Breaking Bad), a touching tribute to Robin Williams, and most importantly, show-stopping dresses. This year’s red carpet did not disappoint! In fact, it was so stunning this year that it was hard to narrow it down to just five dresses to spotlight. Whether they were winners or not, these ladies are taking home top accolades from Spa Week–best dressed of the evening!

Although Nashville didn’t take home any awards last night, Hayden Panettiere certainly wins the award for best beading! This dress was the perfect way to spotlight her growing baby bump.

In our humble opinion, Sofia Vergara always wins the red carpet. This ever stunning star really wowed this year in this white mermaid number.

Julia picked up the award for her role in VEEP (Actress in a Comedy), but this body-hugging red dress is what really had people talking. Julia really proves that 50 is the new 30!

The VMAS are known for being one wild night. Between the crazy outfits, unforgettable performances and star-studded guest list, the VMAs are the awards show that no viewer wants to miss. Not to be forgotten on that list are the amazing beauty looks that come out of the show each year! With manicures being such a style staple these days, it’s no surprise that MTV has a mani cam on the red carpet for the big event. For this week’s Mani Monday, we bring you three of our favorite looks from this year’s show:

Katy Perry

Channeling Britney circa 2001, Katy Perry showed up to the VMAs clad in a denim dress to impress, with nails to match! We love that she used her manicure as a continuation of her outfit inspiration.

Rita Ora

Winner of most unforgettable manicure of the evening has to go to Rita Ora. Adorned with diamond spiders and ruby bows, The Hollywood Reporter claims that this manicure cost Rita a whopping $56,000!

Ingrid Nilsen

CoverGirl Ingrid Nilsen only posted a preview of her gorgeous look on her Instagram page…you can see how the final product came out with this pic from the VMA mani cam. We want to try this one ourselves!

What was your favorite VMA mani this year? Tell us in the comments below!
