In today’s crazy world, there are more audiences to communicate with through ever-increasing channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and email. Sometimes, it makes us long for the good ol’ days of snail mail. However today, good communication often means fast, up-to-the-minute communication. It’s critical in reaching your business and personal goals. Here are tips on taking steps toward better communication.
- People DO want to get random text messages with deals and discounts, who knew?
- Opposites might not attract when it comes to building rapport. In order to build relationships, mime the actions of the person you’re trying to get to know.
- You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so make sure it’s a good one.
- Relevant emails are read emails.
