The number of weight-loss, beauty, and health drops/drinks/pills on the market is overwhelming. How are we supposed to sift through everything and figure out what’s propaganda vs. promising. I’m typically weary of anything ingestible because it’s going inside me, but I decided to try Pure Inventions, a line of supplements free of caffeine, artificial sweeteners, sugars, and calories—all the bad stuff.
Everyone knows the payoff of green tea–it’s a powerful antioxidant and often used to improve skin, energy levels, metabolisms, and it’s even believed to aid in treating disease. While it’s step-sister drink, coffee, doesn’t have nearly the same benefits—if any at all—I’m just not as satisfied sipping tea unless I’m under the weather. I am, however, very pleased with this alternative: Each dropper-full of Pure Inventions Raspberry Green Tea Extract is equal to 100 mg of green tea.
I may not be ready to give up coffee but this is a sip in the right direction.
